Looks and sounds delicious, and it's certainly more butch than all those fancy foreign foods you've mentioned before, the names of which invariably end in vowels.

By the way, where did you find the mutton you cooked for your earlier picture? I love the stuff but can't get it anywhere. Then again, I live in an upper-crust region of Britain - Essex - so I can't expect that sort of thing to be freely available.

Why no meat, B? Most supermarkets stock it these days.

That was a takeaway, Foot Eater. You can get mutton in all the halal shops where I live, but probably not in a white trash county like Essex.
